First and foremost, I love the job I do, meeting other people, making presentations, offering solutions, supporting them in case of need, all of these makes me feel important for them and satisfies me, too.Somebody would say that I am workaholic and it might be true as it is not that easy for me not to work during the evenings, weekends or even on vacation but from the point when my children were born I am trying to change it a bit.I consider myself as a good customer listener, focused to fulfil their needs and to find proper solution for them. Moreover I try to be a good listener for the team of people which I work with, this helps me to be a better leader. To be honest it is not that hard as I am lucky to work with highly educated and skilled people which drives me into the higher level, too. Beside the work, I love spending time with my children, see how they are developing their selves, trying to be their motivator and person to follow. Among that I like reading books of different genres (mystery novels, thrillers and historical), listen to new technology podcasts and if I want to switch off the brain then I like to listen to electro house music.
