Support the Headquarter at:- process audits according to VDA 6.3 at local suppliers (planning and realizing)- supplier visits, claims, quality issues, evaluation, Q alerts, sampling, changes- development of processes and toolsSupport the assigned plants at supplier claims, escalation, processes, tools and trainingsOrganize regular meetings in the assigned plants to ensure the implementation of processes and toolsManage escalations, supplier discussions based on the escalation processes and on the results of the global supplier monitoring and evaluation

- Improvement of applications in internal company software, cooperation with IT department- Problem solving in production area, implementation of new processes- Control of workflows, secure the quality, exclusion of defectiveness- Central position - leader and all of colleagues are in Germany (cooperation with them + business trips)

- preparing of technical documentations with CAD software,- support for production of electrical harnesses into the cars- construction of metal parts- business trips to Germany, Netherland, Ukraine- daily communication in foreign language with colleagues via mail and phone- communication with supplier of metal parts
