Management and control of ongoing work on the vessels under repair at the shipyard based on existing rules and regulations according to HSE IMS and NORSOK standards.Responsibilities: - keeping control under working conditions and compliance according to HSE rules and regulations in consideration of particularly dangerous works,- running reports concerning noticed incorrectness, including proposal of further preventing actions,- conducting the investigation of any accident/incident/near miss - conducting of risk assessment / risk management;- advising in the area of organization and work methods; - safe job analysis;- cooperating with other departments within the range of HSE training, including conducting basic trainings for newly employed,- participating in HSE audits conducted by ship’s owners.

HSE control and supervision over the construction works for solvent deasphalting instalation (SDA – Solvent De-Asphalting) built in LOTOS refinery - PROGRAM 10+ which was being implemented in collaboration with renowned engineering companies, such as Shell, Technip, Uhde, Lurgi and Fluor.Responsibilities:- coordination of work regarding to existing HSE regulations;- inductions for new employees and HSE trainings for various positions ( English and Polish ); - conducting of risk assessment / risk management- development of HSE plans- working on HSE bulletin- participating in HSE audits
