Legal Counsel advising the Board of Directors, negotiating and drafting various agreements (also in EFET standard) concerning supply and trading of the natural gas on the electricity and natural gas market in Poland and other Eastern markets.

Legal services for the entire company as well as it’s Polish and foreign branches. My duties involved, but were not limited to, preparing drafts of various agreements and drawing up legal opinions. I was involved in leading negotiations with foreign companies, conducted both in Polish and English and concerning provisions of the framework cooperation agreements, onshore drilling contracts and service contracts. I was authorized to represent the company during proceedings in common courts, court of arbitration (including ICC in Paris) and National Appeal Chamber. I also performed duties of the Management Board plenipotentiary for ethical issues.

Legal services for the company and its subsidiaries, in particular in Energy & Chemistry segments.I was involved in the ongoing legal proceedings for awarding public contracts for the largest construction projects in Poland (mainly in the energy sector). I conducted several negotiations in English with international contractors – biggest players on the construction/energy market. I was also involved in numerous negotiations with public authorities concerning provisions of FIDIC turnkey (EPC) contracts. Furthermore, I was responsible for providing legal services in the preparation of the company's internal acts and drafting of various agreements and drawing up legal opinions. I successfully represented the company during proceedings in the National Appeal Chamber.

Legal services to major clients from the construction and energy industries (including corporate services for foreign entities). I was responsible for preparing procedural writs, drawing up drafts of agreements, legal opinions, and due diligence of companies and real estates. I was involved in representation of clients in common courts and the court of arbitration. I was also a lecturer in the fields of civil law and energy law.
