• Coordination project from development phase untill SOP.• Participation in DFM analysis of molds feasibility study• Evaluation the feasibility study of new products based on 2d drawing requirements ( gd&t requirements analysis ) and 3d model for new product.• Participation in mold try out and set up the parameters, establish DOE experiment conditions.• Define modification of mold design in order to improve the detail and mold construction. • Perform and Analysis of plastic rheology study in Autodesk Moldflow.
