As a trainee attorney attorney at law:- I am responsible for the day-to-day service of entrepreneurs, including the preparation and analysis of commercial contracts for entrepreneurs;- I participate in the formation, dissolution and liquidation of commercial companies;- I participate in the transformation processes of commercial companies - with particular emphasis on the transformation of commercial law companies;- I participate in processes related to corporate service of companies, including processes related to reduction and increase of share capital of capital companies;- I participate in proceedings before the UPRP and the EUIPO with respect to trademark registration;- I participate in registration proceedings of companies;- I participate in tax proceedings, both before offices and administrative courts.

I am responsible for:- Key Account Management- project managing (post sales delivery scheduling, arranging deadlines for implementation crew, solving current problems during an implementation, driving the adjustments on site when needed)- being the bridge between Customer's business needs and technological possibilities of offered solutions- presales meetings with potential Customers - post sales counceling for further Customer's needs - contacting Vendors and Distributors on daily basis- being a part of a team which negotiates frame agreements- preparing technological concepts for simple projects- preparing tender documentation

During that time I was responsible for:- contacting leads from the internet- schedule my daily duties - cold calls - preparing sales strategy for new product introducted to company's portfolio- preparing marketing content for social media; including case studies

Administrative duties, preparing drafts of procedural documents, contacting both legal authorities and company's Customers
