- Managing a team (14 FTE) responsible for AML transaction monitoring of Institutional Client Group (ICG) in NAM Region- Acting as Senior Manager deputy- Coordinating recruitment staff for the department- Coordinating Managers Control Assessment (MCA) process for the Hub- Coaching and assisting in the development of the staff- Ensuring compliance monitoring and internal controls are in place, including process for management of the operational risk in accordance with regulatory standards and policies- Interacting with different business units including Risk & Control, Quality Assurance, Regional Compliance, Transactions Monitoring Standards & Trainings - Participating in migration of new processes from US and Malaysia to Warsaw Hub- Participating in projects aimed at process optimization

- analysis of transactions of Citi corporate clients in order to detect suspicious activity (ICG/TTS/FCB customers)- gathering information from internal and external sources and preparing documentation according to Bank's standards and procedures- following Anti Money Laundering policies and regulations- preparing high quality reports for escalations
