RE Advisors prepares an individual financing strategy and find the most appropriate form adapted to a given project. Responsible for all stages of the process, from the preparation of information materials - teaser/financial memorandum, through the tender procedure, to closing the transaction. Advisors support the borrower in negotiating of all commercial and legal conditions and terms with the lender.Tasks and Reponsibilities:• Acquisition and structuring of transactions, analysis of projects;• Preparation of the project's business plan/ financial memorandum;• Financial modelling of transactions, incl. preparation of the required cash flow models/budgets, financial forecast or analysis,• Obtaining long-term financing for all type of commercial and residential projects,• Assistance to the Client during negotiations of the term sheet with potential lenders;• Assistance to the Client in negotiations of the facility agreement, security documents and hedging documents for the Transaction;• Regular reporting to banks and ongoing contact / cooperation with financial institutions.

Tasks and Reponsibilities: • Acquisition and structuring of transactions, analysis of projects;• Preparing and negotiating the general conditions and terms of the transaction (Term Sheet) and recommendation to the Risk Department (credit application);• Management of the commercial projects portfolio (office buildings, shopping centers, logistics centers and warehouses) and development projects portfolio (residential and aparthotel projects) - over 30 projects and a total amount of PLN 1.6bn;• Coordination and supporting other team members in processing real estate transactions (mentoring);• Preparation of financial analyses, modeling and cash flow forecasts (Cash Flow), estimation of financial ratios;• Negotiation of facility agreements and security documents - coordination the whole financing process;• Co-operation with external advisors involved in transactions (law firms, tax advisors, club deal partners, consortium agents, appraisers and technical advisors);• Reviewing of technical reports: technical DD, initial reports, periodic monthly report and final reports prepared by independent technical advisors;• Approval of legal due diligence reports (legal DD) and legal opinions.

Tasks and Reponsibilities: • Analysis of investment projects for the purpose of obtaining bank financing;• Participation in negotiations and support in drawing up loan agreements;• Responsibility for fulfilling reporting obligations towards banks;• Quarterly calculation of financial ratios, operation and monitoring of loan agreements;• Preparing statements of bank loans and internal loans in the PEP Group;• Monthly reconciliation of balances with controlling and accounting for reporting purposes;• Managing the Group's current liquidity;• Making short-term financial forecasts and long-term loan needs;• Optimizing cash management operations;• Currency risk monitoring, analysis and recommendations as for the choice of hedging instruments;• Implementing new and streamline existing business processes in the Group;• Management of bank account agreements.
