- Building of a company full Customer Support structure and being responsible for establishing, managing and mentoring Support Team- Defining work methodologies for training, efficiency, productivity and monitoring the performance - Securing appropriate support skills via all channels of communication, such as e-mail, chat and phone.

- Securing on-time Customer payments and providing them with requested documents- Facilitating the identification and resolution of any customer disputes- Handling incoming and outgoing calls- Identifying held orders and taking appropriate actions to resolve them- Allocating and clarifying payments
