Duties:- managing and supporting the sales department- conducting presentations and training at clients, visits to design offices- building relationships with key clients, negotiating terms of cooperation- defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies- participation in fairs, conferences and representing the company externally- supervision of promotional activities, branding and PR in various channels (traditional, digital) - personal participation in negotiations on larger projects- supervision over the implementation of the sales plan by regions- preparing data to evaluate the work of the sales department- developing a sales plan for the regions- supervision over the service and assistance in settling complaints- implementation and supervision of the CRM system- control/negotiation of supply contracts- assessment of the company's portfolio and proposals for changes- observation of the market and competition activities- taking care of the company's good image on the market- taking care of the company's development and increasing the effectiveness of the sales department- organization of training and exchange of experiences between regions (success/failure, etc.)- recruiting new employees for the sales department

- Responsibility for the sale of industrial and hygienic pumps- after-sales and service support.- technical advice, submitting offers,- visits to clients, ensuring good cooperation with clients.- participation in training and product fairs
