At Sesa Shoes, I developed a comprehensive software that strengthened ERP systems and integrated e-commerce operations. In this project, I digitalized internal processes and ensured the creation of systems that work seamlessly with online platforms. Here are the main tasks I accomplished within the scope of this project:• Warehouse Management and Inventory Tracking: I established a system that tracks minimum and maximum stock levels, ensuring effective management of inventory. By simultaneously monitoring real and available inventory data, I enabled accurate reporting of in-stock products and their usable quantities. This system not only prevented unnecessary stock surpluses but also accelerated supply chain processes.• Order Management: I developed an order management module to ensure that orders are processed accurately and completely within the system. The integration of orders into the ERP enabled the digitization and easy management of these processes.• Profit and Cost Analysis: I created cost calculation and profit analysis modules to track the actual costs and profitability of products. These modules provided management with in-depth analytical insights for accurate pricing strategies.• Shipping Calculation and Real Sales Price: I added features for calculating the real sales price by considering shipping costs. This allowed for the determination of the optimal sales price by factoring in shipping expenses and other cost components.• Online E-Commerce Integration: I designed a system that integrates with online e-commerce platforms. This system included functionalities for sending data to these platforms and integrating external order and stock information into the ERP. As a result, both stock and sales management became more efficient.With this project, uninterrupted data flow between Sesa Shoes’ ERP and e-commerce processes was ensured, maximizing operational efficiency.
