I am responsible for conducting the testing processes of desktop andweb-based CAD applications. I oversee the testing processes for a total of fiveseparate projects, including three different CAD programs and their mobileapplications. I track the testing processes through Gitlab, Github, and Qaseio,and I am proficient in using these platforms. In addition to application testing,I also perform service tests using tools such as Postman, Soap UI, and Swagger.I actively use Microsoft SQL Server, conducting work on multiple databases,and I am proficient in the SQL language.

I am involved in the product development and product support processes ofboth desktop applications and web-based CAD programs. One of my mainresponsibilities is to analyze notifications from end-users during the softwaredevelopment life cycle and communicate them to the product managementteam. In this way, I bridge the gap between the field and product development.I also provide technical consultancy to our users across Turkey regarding technicalmatters and the use of CAD programs. Additionally, I regularly prepare detailedreports requested by our main users using Microsoft SQL Server.
