I started as an occupational safety specialist at THY Technic, Turkey's largest aircraft maintenance, repair and revision organization, where aircraft maintenance hangars, aircraft component workshops and line maintenance works are carried out. Since April 2021, I have been continuing my career as a senior occupational safety specialist at the Process Development and Coordination Department This duty includes organizing and coordination of Directorate’s departments, which is including the occupational safety chiefs and environmental chiefs divided according to the departments within our Directorate, developing documentation and application studies, systematic solutions to bone problems, good practice examples with benchmarks, developing the HSE culture throughout the company.
