I serve as the TA of Testing and Measurement module and its lab sessions. This course provides the students with necessary skills to measure psychological constructs as well as knowledge on test construction, validity and reliability issues. It also covers topics such as factor analysis and administration and scoring procedures of various types of tests, including standardized tests of intelligence.

EaseTogether is a developing social enterprise that integrates sustainable, large-scale, impactful, and scientifically based community well-being programs into non-governmental organisational settings with the cooperation of diverse partner institutions.https://easetogether.comEaseTogether won the Community Action Awards seed-funding provided by Aspire Institute in 2022 out of 117 global projects as one of the ten awardees. While its operations still continue the digital platform of EaseTogether so far have attracted 80 individuals who are currently working and/or volunteering at either an NGO, academic institution or a social enterprise and mainly at executive level, with around 30 participating in our pilot trial program.

I was responsible from 195 primary school students in planning their psychosocial assessment and support sessions throughout the quarter. My primary work delved around conducting one-on-one and group sessions a) when an acute concern arouse, b) weekly for class-based interventions and c) as part of the regular follow-up process where students were met weekly through one-on-one sessions with low-intensity psychological support techniques. In this context, 64 of the students received regular support, especially for behaviorally disruptive patterns, anxiety symptoms, and learning or attentional difficulties. During my work here, I initiated a brief pilot programme for developing resilience among primary level students. I conducted assessment sessions with all primary level students where The Child and Youth Resilience Measure (CYRM) utilised to evaluate the degree of the children's relational and psychological resources. Based on the outcomes, I offered personalized class-based interventions and one-on-one sessions to aid the most vulnerable students build resilience. This intervention especially helped to identify students who are in need of psychological support without visible behavioral patterns.

Led the design of a) a workshop that aimed for teachers that focused on promoting mental toughness as a preventive asset against work burnout and managing challenging student and classroom communicationb) an empirically supported guideline of fundamental application concepts of psychological counsellors to highlight the most recent CBT and low-intensity applications with the best evidencec) departmental handbooks and brochures with information on all the initiatives the department oversees, typical misconceptions about psychological counselling and services providedd) lecture plans targeting primary and secondary stage students on a variety of psychological phenomenon.

This role is based on a social media research project of Population Health Sciences division, which led by Dr Mackenzie Fong and Dr Ryc Aquino. I led the transcription of the data, and content analysis through NVivo. Currently, my contributions persist to create a journal article based on our findings.

This role was based on the Research Apprenticeship module. As a research group consisting of apprentices that led by Prof. Dr. Mark Freeston, we investigated religion OCD through the lens of clinicians.
