1.To ensure constitution of applications regarding company goals and quality assurance programs at all layers of the company; to ensure stability and permanence of such programs;2.To constantly collect information from internal and external sources about possibilities of enhancing quality level and to submit projects to General Manager (GM) about this;3.To propose and organize trainings on all subjects that may affect Quality Assurance and Quality Level Enhancement within the company with all Department Heads (DHs);4.To take measures to prevent deterioration of the service quality;5.To develop, deploy, update and manage the Quality Management Program of the company, 6.To identify and problems that potentially relate to service quality. To identity potential problems in advance and define and develop necessary measures in cooperation with the GM and DHs.7.To control implementation and effectiveness of the solutions and corrective measures.8.To arrange Quality Level Measurement data, and information pertaining to progress in implementation of Company quality systems and certification and to submit reports to GM;9.To ensure implementation and continuation of the requirements of the Quality Manuals and reference standards;10.To create and organize company quality audit programs;11.To manage relationships with domestic and foreign agencies/organizations and people and customer quality management system managers in the fields relating to Quality System Management functions;12.Creation, implementation and continuation of Quality Management System processes;13.To report efficiency of the Quality Management System to GM, including development needs;14.To be responsible for the entire quality system relating to ISO 9001:2000, TS EN ISO IEC 17020 and TS EN ISO IEC 17025 topics, to manage and guide Department and Laboratory Quality Representatives who report to her, to ensure that they receive necessary training and to coordinate them;

1.To monitor the established ISO 17025 system, to ensure its permanence and improvement.2.To follow the correlation tests organized and attended by the laboratory3.To check currency of the laboratory test methods and follow the literature 4.To plan intra-laboratory trainings and give such trainings as necessary _to give intra-laboratory quality and safety trainings5.To monitor the works aimed at expansion of UKAS Accreditation6.To keep track of the Device Calibrations 7.To take part in internal audits
