Door deliveries are made with vehicles and drivers dedicated to Antalis, rented from a subcontractor company, in order to increase customer satisfaction. In this domestic delivery operation called micro distribution, time, labor and monetary costs are managed with a very delicate balance.- Setting the new rules and KPI’s to measure department performance and putting the development plan for getting progress of department performance.- Preparing department budget within correctly as much as possible in order to get rid of the issues for cash-flow.- Forecasting supply chain costs and updating future financial costs in collaboration with Finance department.- Working closely with other departments (commercial and/or financial groups). Following write off process for expired products from inventory on time considering our quality rules.- OTD (On Time Delivery) is an internal target which needs to achieve to reach %95 for questioning items from our warehouse on daily basis.- Chasing the products delayed till they’re supplied and shared the root cause of delay and ETA (Estimated Time Of Arrival) to all related parties.
