Monitoring and coordinating after sales activities of the authorized Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo and Chrysler dealership network in the majority of regions of Croatia.Actively participating in mechanical, electric and electronic diagnosis of vehicle faults, diagnosing the most complicated engine anomalies and advising service staff in the dealership network.Analyzing the technical causes of the vehicle faults and verifying the authentication of the original spare parts substituted in the warranty.Controlling the implementation of the manufacturer’s standards in the dealership network and its quality improvement.Clearing of the warranty claims including monitoring and analyzing the overall warranty costs. Controlling of the original spare parts sale insuring that its aimed periodic targets are met.Taking care and meeting customers’ special demands in terms of extra warranty requests and accessories.Preparing and translating technical and service information as well as manufacturer’s campaigns to the dealership network.

Managing the spare parts department including spare parts retail and repair shop logistics.Providing technical information to service staff and customers. Responsible for the complete procedure of clearing warranty claims to manufacturers.
