Techno Engineering & Associates (“TE&A”) is a strong International Consulting firm, operating in the Balkans, Eastern Europe, Northern Africa and the Middle East, specializing in providing expert contract and construction law advice relating to any aspect in connection with construction contracts, including the preparation, substantiation and defence of complex Construction Claims through Dispute Resolution, international arbitration and/or national Courts.• Baseline and Re-Baseline Programmes: - Preparing initial Baseline Programmes. - Developing Re-Baseline Programmes and "what-if" scenarios to assess the impact of changes.• Progress Monitoring and Reporting: - Creating narrative reports and annexes for Baseline, Update, and Rebaseline Programmes. - Monitoring progress and developing As-built programmes based on daily site reports. - Updating Programmes of Works according to the contractor’s reported progress, including necessary narrative reports.• Forensic Delay Analysis and Expert Assistance: - Conducting Delay Analysis using both Prospective and Retrospective methods tailored to various contracts and work evolution scenarios. - Assisting Delay Experts in preparing technical expertise for dispute procedures, particularly in Dispute Adjudication Boards and Arbitration. - Determining the project's As-built Critical Path, essential for performing Forensic Delay Analysis.• Quantum Claims and Documentation: - Preparing documents to support quantum claims, including cost calculations relevant to different contract types.• Resource and Financial Management: - Resource Loading in Primavera P6 for individual projects and generating relevant resource reports. - Preparing project cash flow projections.

Owner's Representative for the implementation of motorway design and construction projects, including the Transylvania Motorway and Bucharest–Ploiesti Motorway;Project Management of design and execution contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms and applicable laws.Facilitation of Communication between contracting parties: Beneficiary, Contractor, and Consultant.Correspondence Management, including drafting and typing communication with contracting parties and handling domestic mail.Active Participation in monthly project meetings.Regular Site Visits on a monthly basis to monitor progress and address issues
