I like learning… I enjoy this process and I’m very glad to see an excellent result of my education.My career path was really winding and fast paced develop. I’ve had 2 high education grants and decided to work at the bank. But after 5 years of working in the bank I understood that this job is really boring for me, that I can and I want to get more possibilities for my personal development in IT field.In the bank I worked on different positions. I could understand the needs of bank clients and their pain points. I’ve learned a tech side of all bank processes, an architecture of all bank systems, web and mobile applications. I was really excited because I understood the value of my knowledge and all my experience.​ I decided to be a Business Analyst.My last job position in bank was a BA. I was responsible for elicitation and collecting problems and new features from different departments, formulating business requirements, prioritize them and transfer them to Dev team. Also I was a Product Owner of the Internet Bank system and mobile app for business client’s. I had the role of a Project Manager. My project was development of a new system in digital financing instrument field.​I’ve found my real place in IT field and I enjoy it. Every day I get new knowledge and I try to improve my skills because BA sometimes should be a Project manager, a Scrum muster, a designer, a Product manager, an architect, a data analyst and so on…All these needs are really connected with my character.My passions are: skiing, skating, swimming, running, fishing. All my hobbies help me in my career. I’m very fast and very flexible like on the ski. I can be quite and listen to customers and colleagues attentively like I’m waiting for a fish on the lake.I’m well organized and I apply time-management rules in my life. I prefer to “eat my frog” in the morning. That’s why I do my morning exercises outside, run in early morning. After this activity I have a lot of power for my new working day.I like to write short poems about my friends for their birthday celebrations, to create wonderful holidays with different competitions – I try to make our life brighter.
