ZAO “SU-155” is a construction company which includes cranes, construction platforms and construction appliances industry.Tower cranes design department.technical researching;management in design process; development mechanisms, metal component parts and frame structures of tower cranes;making drawings, use, maintenance and installation documents;supporting manufacturing process.My works: ▪ Elaboration of documaents relating to the usage, maintenance and installation of top-slewing and bottom-slewing cranes with lifting capacities from 8000 up to 20000 kg and hook lifting height – up to 160 m. ▪ Design of different parts of crane elements (counter jib, cat head etc.), jib suspension systems and jib erecting systems, trolley and slewing mechanisms.▪ Inspections of cranes being in use in accordance with Russian normative documents for finding design, manufacture and use defects and for creating repair statistic on the plant-manufacturers of ZAO«SU-155”.▪ Elaboration of repair documents, such as manuals for repair of crane components, repair drawings, blanks of defect lists of crane components.▪ Proof of competence of crane steel structures according to Russian and ISO standards.▪ Work with ISO standards taking part as a member of Russian delegation in meetings of ISO technical committee (TC 96 “Cranes”), which develops standards concerning cranes and related equipment.
