- Responsibility for operating results of the Departments and for ensuring technical proficiency of Divisional operations/inspections- Assistance in budget preparation including manpower, capital and operating expenditure, ongoing budgetary management and profit and loss control- Analysis of department activities and preparation of business development projects per region, and their realization;- Selection of new qualified employees for the department and branch offices, in cooperation with the General Manager making decision on the employment or dismissing of Divisional staff ;- Creating procedures for new types of inspections (cargo monitoring: producer- port of loading- board of the vessel – port of discharge – final user’s warehouse, inventory inspections of the shop of metallurgical plants, coke plants, silo, etc. ), approval of inspection reports and lab reports, operational audits of both field and laboratory services in accordance with requirements of Quality Management System and in compliance with customer instructions

Monitoring daily performance and investigating any problems with a view to attaining a zero defect operations; - To organize and coordinate ongoing inspector/technical training and skills evaluation;- Ensuring the divisional and group policies are implemented and maintained;- Co-ordination in performance of frame inspections within Inspectorate group: Switzerland, India, Italy, UAE, Egypt, Turkey, Greece, Russia, Spain, etc.
