Qualified financial sector specialist with 20 years of experience in the bank, including almost 15 years of experience in the Supervisory Board. In this position: * ensured the writing and successful implementation of strategies, business plans, codes, policies and other documents to be approved by the Supervisory Board; * successfully supervised the work (planning, consulting, monitoring results) of the internal audit department, the compliance department, the risk management department, and the methodological department. Wrote the Rules of the FLASHPAY payment system, dealt with issues of its development (now there are about 50 participants), designing individual services, setting tasks for digital solution developers. Previously, was personally involved in: • HR work (ensured the elaboration and implementation of staffing policy, HR regulations, job descriptions for all positions in the bank, conducting interviews, personnel training), • methodological work (wrote in person or with the participation of other bank specialists the bank bylaws).
