- Lead the team consist from 1 TOM, 2 RA, 2 Mechanics, 15-18 temperary employes situated in Lipetsk and Krasnodar regions.- Coordinate testing operations, logistics and site administration that align with the current EU breeding and testing strategies thru Russia. - Direct managing plots in early corn zone Russia (Central Chernozem part) to deliver high quality data for product advancement within the corn commercial pipeline ensuring data and quality is delivered with precision and accuracy. - People hiring, focus on development team and staff, be a team leader to orginize that staff can develope itself in new roles.- Station implementation, budget management, capital forecasting and site safety administration/audits of activity, mentoring of the staff. - I am working under implementation and development of innovation projects for collection the data and its optimisation. - Helped the registration team to better communicate with Russian govement registration network. - Seed/equipment import to Russia and all the process of getting necessary documents with officials’ organizations. - Our team was responsable for training of the marketing team on new products of the company. - We orginize new trials to select best hybrids under different level of nitrogen/chemicals/MD trials.- Use new digital tools for collecting, manage and analyze the data on our locations, make recomendation for development of the tools.- Creation of standart operation procedure on key process; implement continuous improvement processes and KPI for operation activity.- The cross-function synergy between teams for improvement of the process and communication.

- Works in conjunction with Research Coordinator to establish project goals consistent with business unit goals which reflect internal and external customer needs; - Conducts a comprehensive corn, sunflower and spring canola testing programs for the Southern and Northern regions of Russia; - Leading to the identification and development of superior hybrids that meet business objectives; - Contributes to the implementation of enabling technologies into corn (grain/silage), sunflower and spring canola testing; - Collaborates with Agronomy and Parent Seed Units to ensure that superior inbred lines and hybrids are adequately characterized for yield stability, producibility, and other traits; - Collaborate with Business Units to advance, position, and commercialize superior hybrid products;- Recruits, orients, develop, supervises and evaluates employees’ performance;- Develops an industry-leading workforce and a safe and rewarding working environment;- Implements and monitors safe working practices.- Develops and administers annual budgets of research centers;- Organize the custom clearance process of the research seeds and equipment;- Support and organize the registration process in Russia and Belarus.
