1. Организация работ отдела, в процессе реализации всех договоров Предприятия на своевременное выполнение комплексов работ и услуг для ввода объектов в эксплуатацию;2. Контроль над качеством выполняемых работ и закрытие (приемка) выполненных объемов на всех объектах Предприятия (КС-2), находящихся на гарантийном обслуживании;4. Проведение инспекционных проверок объектов капитального строительства и реконструкции Предприятия;5. Ведение претензионной работы в отношении подрядных организаций, нарушающих условия договора;6. Контроль за выдачей достоверной информации, касающейся деятельности отдела.
