Generalization of the customer's needs/planning in goods, works/services, including preparation of the procurement budget for the next year.Processing of received information and formulation of structured conclusions, comprehensive presentation of processed information regarding the need for procurement of goods, works and services.Planning and determining the need for goods, works and services that are planned to be purchased.Monitoring of suppliers (contractors, executors). Analyzing information on prices for goods, works/services and formulating structured conclusions.Drafting and approval of the annual procurement plan, selection of the procurement procedure and its implementation.Preparation of relevant documents regarding procurement, including providing clarifications to tender documentation (in case of procurement requirements/complaints).Continuous monitoring of changes in procurement and related legislation.Participation in contractual work: organization of work aimed at the timely conclusion of a contract based on the results of procurement procedures.Organization of work aimed at making changes to the contract (if necessary), reporting on its implementation.Ensuring the publication of information and a report on the execution of the procurement contract, in compliance with the requirements for the terms of publication of information in the electronic procurement system provided for by law.Registration on the site and participation in procurement procedures.
