• Analyzing cash flows in the company in terms of different indicators;• Conducting weekly and monthly reports on actual expenditures and revenues;• Analyzing compliance with the budgets of departments and the company in general;• Working with banks;• Executing payments via client-banks;• Checking packages of documents for tender procedure.

• Record keeping and registration of contracts of the Company (including reporting operations in 1C accounting software: maintaining a Directory of the counterparty and list of contracts), archiving and registration of Minutes of the Meeting of Shareholders, checking its compliance with the Charter of the company; • Keeping electronic database; • Preparing sets of information and documents regarding any specific contracts for Financial Manager and external authorities (banks, state authorities, etc.);• Technical assistance to Financial Manager in regard of collection, submission and keeping all required information regarding Contracts; • Managing contracts, accounting and archiving all documentation connected with the contracts; • Preparing payment registers, preparing initial documents for payments (sets of related contracts, invoices, specifications);• Communicating with other related departments regarding approval process of the Contracts to be signed by CEO;• Assisting Financial Manager in other business issues.
