My main duties includes selling services in the Region, making commercial proposals, presentation and submitting tenders. As a head of the Branch I support relationship with NST clients as well as attract new clients.I also manage delivery of consultants for generic staffing to business line, monitore their achievements, supported commercial activities of generic staffing and PP consultants.From time to time I take part in different HR-events, conferences, job fairs, make presentations for the students in the Universities.

2GIS is an International company that manufactures electronic catalogue with the city map; included in ten of the largest Russian Internet companies, according to Forbes.I was responsible for the achievement of the major KPI of the Branch. Effectively managing the sales teams, I set the targets for sales team leaders, organized and coordinated daily activities of the Sales Department; monitored achievements of their KPIs and results. I also arranged selection, adaptation and trainings of the Sales Branch staff (35 managers and team leaders). Besides this I analysed clients base and sales dynamics in order to understand clients satisfaction and efficiency of services, drew out the detailed action plan based on high level selling strategy.
