Organization of molecular genetic testing and control of its implementation, coordination and control of the work of oncologists and biologists-annotators on clinical cases, consulting on molecular oncology for the diagnosis of clinical cases, systems biology analysis of NGS data and the results of other methods of molecular genetic testing for the choice of personalized antitumor therapy.

I have been studying liver tumors pathogenesis:  investigating intracellular signaling cascades, their effect on the phenotype of tumor cells and the pathways of resistance to drugs; doing experimental work with cancer cell lines and clinical samples; participating in projects on the data analysis of the exome and transcriptome sequencing (NGS) of tumor samples with systems biology algorithms.I also write research papers and reviews, applications for grants and patients. Besides, I supervise the work of students and assisted in organization of the annual summer practice of undergraduates of the Biological Faculty of M.V. Lomonosov MSU at our Research Institute of Carcinogenesis of N.N. Blokhin Cancer Research Center.

As a collaborator of the joint project with the M.V. Lomonosov MSU on the identification of promising molecular targets for treatment of hepatocarcinoma I participated in the systems biology analysis of the transcriptome sequencing data in order to detect molecular genetic aberrations and alterations of signaling pathways activity associated with hepatocarcinogenesis.

As an analyst I was involved in: processing of exome and transcriptome sequencing data of different solid tumors types for personalized drug therapy, systems biology analysis of NGS data of tumor samples for determination of potential therapeutic targets and selection of optimal therapy, studying of applicability of recent standard and experimantal schemes of drug therapy of oncological diseases, preparation of analytical reports on clinical cases with lists of prognostic and therapeutic biomarkers and a list of potentially efficacious drugs.
