During this period I actively participated in construction of the following buildings:1. Western High-speed Diameter - significant project that helped to unload the roads of Saint-Petersburg. Construction Quality Engineer (Developer Company)Seven Suns Development Sep 2020 - PresentСанкт-Петербург, РоссияIn 2019 I finished studying at Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University and received retraining Diploma in industrial and civil engineering. The fundamental reason for my decision lay in the thirst to new knowledge and skills. It was an interesting experience to research new written materials, search for fresh information, and use everything learnt during the process of creating text for Diploma.In 2020 I decided to try my skills in the area of finishing works in flats of housing estate "Tihaya gavan". As the main works with participation of engineering surveying have already been ended, I had a free space for a new experience. I got acquainted with control of works from wall plastering to ceiling installation, from installation of interior doors to tiles pasting in bathrooms. Besides this, I supervised the quality of works performed in common areas - halls of the first floor and corridors of typical floors. I carried out the calculation of the amount of work performed, and also dealt with communication with contractors. In addition, I have an understanding in matters of roofing, ventilated facades and other construction works.During the period from 2020 to 2022 two objects have been finished: "Tihaya gavan" and "Zhizn".In 2022 we started new project for Seven Suns Development, business class housing estate "e.volutzia" located in the historical area of Saint Petersburg. Right now I am working mostly as a Lead surveyor.

Senior Surveyor (Developer Company)Seven Suns Development Dec 2017 - Sep 2020Санкт-Петербург, РоссияDuring the next few years, the number of construction sites opened by Seven Suns Development expectedly increased. There was a strong need in hiring new skilled employees: a major amount of office workers, as well as engineers, including surveyors. At this point, I was suggested by management becoming a lead surveyor.My responsibilities extended. Besides doing typical geodetic duties on the one of the sites I also lead a team of newly arrived surveyors. At the peak, there were 5 specialists under my leadership. The period, during which I held this position, developed my intrinsic qualities and gave me new professional skills: not only theoretical, but also practical.It was an interesting experience to manage a small so called department and, besides this, to deal with the supply of tools, communication with people on another level.By September 2020, 3 housing estates have been completed ("Ya - Romantik" on the coast of Gulf of Finland, "O, Unost" on the embankment of the Neva river, and low-rise housing estate "Vnutri" also on the coast of Gulf of Finland, but in the resort area, outside of Saint-Petersburg). The other 2 estates ("Zhizn" and "Tihaya Gavan") were under construction with my participation.

The main distinction between the working on the position of surveyor in subcontract company and surveyor of the construction developer was in wider range of responsibilities and functions due to the amount of different kinds of work, which were vaster and more interesting.Through more than 2 years I was controlling construction cycles beginning from driving piles to renting apartments to their equity holders (including installation of water supply, heating and sewerage networks), receiving great knowledge in my sphere.

This estate, with total amount of 12 buildings of various height level, was considered to be built on the territory of artificial sand alluvium of Vasilievsky Island (yet another considerable project of the city - total area of artificial sand alluvium is around 237 million square meters). During my working period in NSK-Mehanizatciya company I was participating in preparing the field of foundation driven piles and, after completion of this part, also in construction of foundation slabs for the first 5 buildings.
