Planning and operating activities:• Managing and coordination of production planning according with sales plan (4 plant) • Planning and controlling of production stock (4 own warehouse and 2 hired warehouse). • Controlling of fulfillment production plans and timely correction according with sales demand. • Controlling ensuring the delivery and moving goods.• Development and implementation system of motivation.• Optimization of the structure logistic services. • Controlling execution logistic tasks.3. Work with contractors (search new contractors: transport companies, warehouses, Logistic Service Providers (3PL), Customs Broker, Certification Agency).4. Participation in the projects.(Calculation required capacity of new warehouse, number of employees, selection kind of warehouse and equipment.5. Reporting and procedures.

• Preparing and agreement monthly/ quarterly/ yearly production plans (3 plants in Russia, 1 plant in CIS and one foreign plant) with production plant, sales, supply. • Coordination work of services involved in planning process (supply service, sales, production and marketing). • Coordinated delivery time, production time.• Calculating optimum stock to provide demand of sales and reduce Logistics costs.• Preparing and introducing production and stock reports.• Controlling fulfillment production plans and timely correction according with sales demand.• Increasing production planning precision.

• Обязанности включают в себя перечисленное ниже в пунктах «Директор обособленного подразделения» и «Менеджер по производству»• Так же обязанности, связанные с участием в проектах по внедрению новой продукции, а именно:a) Поиск потенциальных поставщиков новых видов упаковки и ингредиентов;b) Поиск контрагентов, заключение договоров на поставку сменных частей оборудования для производства новых продуктов.

Контроль за движением акцизной продукции на оптовом складе• Подготовка отчетов для налоговых органов по движению алкогольной продукции на складе• Подготовка документов, необходимых для получения лицензии и разрешения на акцизный склад• Подготовка сопроводительных документов, необходимых для осуществления оптовой продажи алкогольной продукции• Контроль готовности линии розлива для производства готовой продукции;• Контроль органолептических показателей водки;• Ведение отчетности по количеству материалов на складе ответственного хранения с использованием программы «1С»;• Проведение ежемесячных инвентаризаций;• Составление и предоставление отчетности, установленной формы, по розливу, потерям, остаткам материалов;• Планирование работы транспорта и охраны (вывоз готовой продукции);• Поиск контрагентов для заключения договоров по транспортным услугам и сопровождению груза;• Составление процедур по входному контролю качества поступающих материалов и контролю качества готовой продукции;
