I teach English as a foreign language to adults

Negotiating with partners, managing the staff, hiring new employees, recruiting new teachers, having interviews with candidates, evaluation of their competence and professional skills, translating documents from Russian into English and vice versa, covering teachers' classes, giving references, and creating positive working atmosphere among the personnel.
