Our Shipyard has been successfully cooperating in the area of wind power generating, metal processing, reservoirs for oil refining industry, bridges construction. We process rolled metal, manufacture both flat and bent parts, like tower shells. Our production scope of such parts is about 8-10 thousand tons per month.The quality of our production, fulfilment of time frame obligations, low cost of works (due to metal processing for shipbuilding) describe us as bona fide partner.We are the leading company in Ukraine in this area.Our facilities enable us to carry out the following works:• Straightening, grinding to SA-2,5 as per European Standard, priming from 15 up to 22 microns and curing of rolled sheet;• Plates cutting with dimensions up to 3200 x 16000 mm and 3-150 mm thick by means of programmable plasma arc cutting and gas cutting machines;• Parts bending from different types and forms of plates up to 100 mm thick, including complex bending according to templates and frameworks, as well as shape profiles parts;• Assembly and welding of all types of Blocks and Sections (both flat and volume);• Rolled metal machining (turning/drilling works).Our Port Activity: round-the-clock operations on handling of various types of cargoes, including oversized cargoes, arriving by waterway, railway and road transport. 365m long jetty is provided with two gantry cranes, 100/16 t l.c. each and 10 t l.c. crane. It provides for servicing maximum 200m long vessels with a draft up to 7.4m. The adjacent railways to the jetty provide for accommodation of 100 railway carriages simultaneously. The jetty is equipped with open storage area of 19 000 sq.m., sheltered storehouses with the area of 1700 sq.m.
