Analysis of the functions and powers of the structural units of the Russian Ministry of agriculture in the light of the objectives and tasks of the federal laws and regulations of the Ministry.5. Building predictive multifactorial economic and statistical models to ensure the balance and relationship goals and objectives of the program documents of the Ministry.Achievement:- presented report to the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation on measures of improvement the internal efficiency of the Ministry. The company’s investors are governments of YNAO, HMAO-Ugra, Tumen area. Sum of the assets under management is more than 33 bln.rub.Responsibilities:1. Financial/economic control over headquarter and 5 subsidiaries (construction: social, manufacturing and energy infrastructure; asset management: gas boiler-house, heat and electricity passage, quartz mining, licenses for the geological survey, bridge over river Nadym, living multistory residences).2. Annually and quarterly preparation of the P&L, CF, Balance budgets and execution reports; consolidation; financial analysis; preparation and expertise of the analytical notes, internal regulations; contracts approval; presentations preparation.3. Building investments models, risk analysis, elaboration of the ways of the objects utilization.4. Processing of the legal information about the subsidies, government support, tax relief. As result the amendment to the YNAO’s government regulation concerning property tax relief was implemented.5. Cost of the products and services determination, pricing.6.
