Имею опыт подбора для крупнейших международных компаний – SONY, Yamaha Music, Ferrero Russia, Johnson&Johnson, UNIQLO и т.д. Также имею опыт работы с крупными производственными компаниями России (Ralf Ringer, УТКОНОС). На протяжении 4 лет управляла собственным бизнесом в фитнес индустрии, отстроенном с нуля. Знаю все о подборе персонала, подбирала кандидатов на должности от санитарного врача до ТОП менеджмента. Автор тренингов: по обучению подбору персонала для ТОП менеджеров, по подбору персонала в кадровом агентстве, мотивации и оценке персонала. Асессор и спикер.
