- Organization of project teams and subcontractors’ activities, direct participation as Product Owner in the improvements and implementation of the Biometric Identification System in Egypt (registration of state identification documents with complex persons’ identification) including during of long business trips. The facility where the system was deployed was inaugurated by the President of Egypt on April 7, 2021 and inauguration was streamed in YouTube- Organization of the project team's activities and direct participation as Project Manager and DB administrator in the maintenance and improvement of the Departmental Information System of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (registration of foreign passports, certificates for return at the consulates of Ukraine abroad, consular registration of citizens abroad). The system was continuously operated and updated in all the consulates of Ukraine abroad

- Organization of project team activities and act as Product Owner, development of a solution concept (including participation in the development of algorithms for complex identifying of individuals), design of the system software and its infrastructure (composition and principles of operation of the server, client parts, participation in research to find optimal solutions for photographing, collecting fingerprint images and signatures), participation in the development (DB design for system’s components) of the Biometric Identification System in Egypt- organization and participation in the design, deployment, implementation, modernization and support of the Departmental Information System of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine - organization of activities on modernization and support of the State Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (until 2013 - registration of foreign passports in Ukraine) and direct participation in them as DB designer- organization of activities, collection and analysis of requirements, design the concept of the system and its infrastructure, direct participation as Product Owner and DB designer in developing and deployment of the Register of Births and Deaths in Ghana- participation in improvements of the Integrated Population Registration System of Kenya (generation of ideas, development of plans for upgrades of software and hardware components, direct participation in the improvements of the database and hardware infrastructure)- organization and direct participation as a generator of ideas in research activities and development of prototypes (software and hardware).

- analysis of documents regulating the business process, interviews with customer representatives to understand the general concept of the system- development of conceptual, logical and physical database models- development of DB business logic- optimization of queries, stored procedures and functions- organization of the regular activities of the team for software development, error correction, interaction with related departments- implementation of the third line of support for operation

- carrying out internal bank audits of the operation of IT infrastructure and information systems- analysis of IT processes in the bank's divisions and other organizations of the banking group for compliance with the regulatory documents of the group and industry standards (COBIT, ISO 27001, PCI DSS)- identification of risks during the operation of information systems and the development of recommendations for their minimization- analysis of IT project management processes for the maturity of the methodology- analysis of IT-related business processes and development of recommendations for their improvement.
