At the position Service Manager I’m responsible for the service sales for medical devices and for research microscopy devices.I lead the team of 11 subordinates-7 service sales specialists and 4 service back office.The main targets,which defined for my position is overall Russia and CIS service sales revenue (4,5 mio euro) and contract coverage rate.Since the starting of my work at this position in 2018 I successfully increased the service revenue from 2,5 mio Euro in 2018 up to 4,2 mio Euro in 2021 despite the significant decrease in sales due to covid-19

At the position of Head of Sales I was responsible for the combined heat and power sales development within territory of Russia
