1) Leading the Admissions and Marketing Department and admissions campaign:• Developing, managing and directing Admissions and Marketing Department.• Setting the department’s budget and developing action plans.• Establishing policies and procedures regarding admissions.• Ensuring that the department follows procedures and policies regarding admissions testing, document reviews, applications processing, and correspondence with prospective students.• Overseeing the handling of official records submitted by students applying for admission to the School.• Ensuring that all legislative requirements regarding admissions are met.• Working with members of the administration and faculty to organize specific efforts to attract and retain students. 2) Developing and implementing marketing efforts:• Making proposals regarding the development of educational programs, tuition, financial aid policies etc. to ensure that NES educational programs are competitive.• Developing marketing and communication strategies to achieve admission goals.• Overseeing development of marketing materials – brochures, videos and presentations.• Promoting good relationships with outside institutions or groups which can be helpful in attracting quality students.3) Recruiting new students:• Attracting ambassadors (students, alumni, employees) who help promote the School and its programs.• Helping ambassadors with scheduling visits to high schools and colleges as well as with presentations and talking to prospective students about what the School offers and what advantages are in place (high quality education, promising career, interesting campus life etc.).• Coordinating open houses and participation in other marketing events (career fairs, educational exhibitions etc.) that bring in prospective students for visits to the School.

- Doing all the preparatory work (with the vice-rector and the program taskforce) to launch the new academic program.- Working closely with two co-directors (from HSE and NES sides) to manage the day-to-day operations of the program. - Developing policies and procedures for the academic program drawing upon the best practices and policies of international universities and colleges. - Preparing regular meetings of the program board and joint meetings of HSE and NES (preparing issues for the agenda, facilitating and summarizing discussions).- Facilitating communications with instructors (including new international hires) to orient them, to address all their questions and to resolve all their issues (overall number of instructors is about 50 persons per each academic year).- Overseeing and coordinating all operations regarding the academic process such as registration process, scheduling classes, obtaining syllabi etc.- Handling student evaluations and overall program assessment to prepare suggestions for further improvement.- Participation in organizing admission campaign, marketing and advertising.- Overseeing full-time employees.- Preparing program budgets and monitoring program expenses. Working closely with NES financial director and HSE financial department.- Being program’s liaison with HSE/NES student service offices, NES career development office, HSE/NES admission offices, and other administrative offices.- Preparing documents for licensing and accreditation.Additional responsibilities at NES:- Participation in developing and launching 360-degree performance evaluation system.- Participation in launching the international office and in implementing its projects. - Participation in developing NES learning management system – the branch for the undergraduate program.
