In October 2020, I made the decision to further develop myself and take on more complex and comprehensive tasks. I joined Gavary Group as the Quality Director for multiple production sites within the Holding.Main responsibilities:Leadership of the quality control department.Implementation and development of a QMS (Quality Management System) from scratch.Preparation for ISO 9001:2015 and GOST R 9001 certification and successful audit completion.Preparation for and management of customer audits on the production floor (Sportmaster, Russian Railways, etc.).Preparation for IATF certification and audits for potential clients in the automotive industry.Creation of control point maps on the production floor, including parameters and quality evaluation criteria for the produced goods.Training of production personnel (development and delivery of training) in TQM (Total Quality Management) and Lean Manufacturing.Handling of internal and market-related product complaints.Defect investigation and training of staff in defect investigation techniques and problem-solving methodologies.Development of specifications for the manufactured products (Technical Specifications).Participation in the launch of new products on the production line.

In the fall of 2016, I won an internal company competition for the position of Quality Engineer for finished products. My main responsibilities included:Coordinating and conducting activities related to defect registration, investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions for defects identified during product operation and service.ISO 9001:2015 coordinator.Developing, leading, and implementing new projects aimed at reducing the number of defects (laboratory for testing auto components, matrix of electrical block interconnections, etc.).Creating tools for collecting statistics, reporting, and optimizing departmental work using MS Excel.Responsible for implementing lean manufacturing in the quality department, 5S responsibility.Supporting the launch of new models.Training colleagues on new tools and systems.Preparing for and participating in external and internal plant audits.Working on improving supplier quality, monitoring the implementation of corrective actions for supplier complaints.Awarded for the best annual project in 2018.

In the fall of 2013, I joined Nissan Manufacturing RUS as a Process Optimization Specialist. In the fall of 2015, I was promoted to the position of Process Optimization Engineer. My main responsibilities in the Production Development department were as follows:Developing strategy, setting goals, supporting, and leading projects related to process optimization in the final assembly workshop and quality assurance department.Conducting audits of existing production processes to identify losses and bottlenecks and subsequently eliminating them.Implementing lean manufacturing tools at the plant.Creating an approach for labor standardization in production, calculating standard times for all operations.Developing line balancing procedures.Training production personnel.Participating in numerous cross-functional projects aimed at reducing all types of losses and non-value-added operations.Serving as the 5S lead for the department, resulting in the department winning first place in the plant's annual 5S competitions.Awarded for the best annual project in 2015.Received multiple awards for best quarterly projects.

In the fall of 2012, I started an internship at General Motors Auto, where I quickly became a Process Engineer in the assembly department. During my time at GM Auto, I was involved in:Conducting investigations and resolving current production defects, as well as developing fixtures and containment solutions for chronic defects (gaps, variations, etc.).Preparing for and participating in external and internal audits and plant calibrations.Providing engineering support for the assembly department.Implementing new processes into production.Calibrating and verifying measuring equipment in the department.Won an internal company competition for the best kaizen. Received certificates of recognition.Starting from June 2013, I also began:Coordinating the implementation of engineering changes in the production process (from identification of needs to implementation on the production line).Comparing and analyzing material specifications.
