Internal Control Expert: • Execution, management and reporting of Control Assurance annual cycle (scope; control design assessment; testing business processes; quality review; data quality (PCAOB guidance).• Support the Europe group in control related activities aimed to maintain the right level of control execution such as:• Identification of relevant changes or updates for Approval matrixes; • Generation/update of Europe specific policies and/or confirm special rules or exceptions vs Global policies,• Meet with employees responsible for business processes, train, advise around processes’ controls; KPI. • Follow up on data insights provided by the Global Controlling Group in regards of specific risks, level of compliance on processes/controls, etc. to identify best measures to correct deviations or mitigate risks• Support to identify high risk processes and provide recommendations around monitoring controls to ensure those are operating according the expectations. • Coordinate internal / external auditsDevelop and customize compliance trainingsEnsuring adherence by employees to company compliance policies and developing local policiesSpeaker on "Russia compliance forum" (2018)
