Responsibilities:- Delivering IT professionals for all stages of software development life-cycle- Identifying potential sources and methods for search, searching for candidates via LinkedIn, Habr Career, GitHub, Behance, Stack Overflow, Telegram groups, job boards (rabota.by, hh.ru), social networking (vk.com, Facebook, e.g.), internal database, candidates referrals, and more- Parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes- Screening resumes- Collaborate with hiring managers during the hiring process- Scheduling and coordinating interviews- Communicating with potential candidates and working with objections- Receiving and communicating feedback to/from hiring managers and candidates- Documenting hiring process via CRM Persia- Maintaining a database of candidates
