Key responsibilities: - Organize and facilitates daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, projects planning, internal/external demos, and other scrum-related practices and ceremonies - Form an all-important link between the program manager and project teams -Track and communicate team utilization, velocity and sprint/release progress - Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency to team and program backlogs - Recommend improvements and contribute to the advancement of practices - Assessment of projects -Manage customer project delivery - Manage margin cost inside the team. - Manage the overall risk - analyze & report/escalate problems or delays in meeting commitments to leadership - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the stated deliverables through the use of structured project management processes - Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders - Create a motivated high-performing team through team building, information sharing, workload management, and appropriate recognition Experience: - Experience with Email and banners projects - Experience overseeing multi-function project team with at least 10 team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel environment -Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence - Highly communicative, goal-oriented person with strong leadership attitude - Team player and team builder with a strong ability to coach and mentor others - Experience in working with Jira and other PM’s tools - Upper-intermediate English level
