Provision of efficient financial support and control, as well as reasonable challenge for the Mega project teams (OPF Compression & Train 3), throughout the following activities:- Efficient cost control activities;- Transparent and comprehensive cost analysis and cost reports preparation;- Accurate performance during day to day and monthly activities (Month close-out, Project cost reports to various stakeholders);- Realistic 5 year and long-term budget preparation;- Assistance in contract management and tendering process (ex: financial evaluation of bidders);- Participation in Project controls development, together with project services team;- Participation in cost recovery audits;- Development of transparent and smart cost breakdown structure, together with Project services team;- Budget defense during Shareholders and Russian Party challenge sessions.
