Mr Maksym Kononenko is a well-qualified and enthusiastic young lawyer, whose areas of expertise include commercial law, alternative dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration), and international commercial litigation.Presently, he holds position of an associate at Ukrainian office of TCM Group International Ltd., which is a unique alliance of 35 law offices and 110 agencies that practice international commercial dispute resolution in 145 countries.He started his career as a paralegal at a Ukrainian law firm. There, he participated in commercial disputes and conducted legal advice in different areas of law. Combining his studies with paralegal’s practice, he obtained decent experience in commercial law and procedure.Mr Kononenko also published articles in specialized legal journals on existing legal problems and challenges.
