Management of Software Development and Maintenance Department – team of 8 people: engineers, maintenance, development specialists. Remote interaction with regions in the small scale – 4 branches, about 500 employees (business);Achievements:Conducted a large-scale work with the automated banking system on the actualization of the current functions;Implemented various improvements in the automated banking system: analytical reports, transactions by financial aspects;Launched the process of automation of updates and catalogization of ABS documents for business;Created helper scripts for electronic exchange of correspondence with the Central Bank within the Interregional Information Centre of the Bank of Russia;Formed and introduced a ticket life cycle structure in the issue tracking system;Standardized and introduced a structure of document life cycle in the document management system;Improved the issue tracking system for more convenient control of tickets by outsource teams;Created a testing plan for new software patches;Formed an institute of persons in charge of testing of patches on the business side;Organized a unified internal phone communication system for support of employees;Organized support on weekends and holidays;Ensured the smooth operation during the change of bank’s details (Russian Central Bank Identifier Code, correspondent account, etc.)
