- Effect currency control on the operations perfomed by the Clients (legal entities and individuals, residents and non-residents);- Analyze foreign trade contracts from the point of view of compliance to the requirements of the current legislation;- Design and sign on the Deal passports on foreign trade contracts;- Provide dossier keeping on the foreign trade contracts;- Preparation of the reports as per the forms pertaining to the Currency control department (0409402, 0409405, 0409407, 0409601, 0409652, 0409664);- Effect preparation of the answers on the inquiries of establishments of the Bank of Russia, FTS, FNS on the issues related to the currency control as well as initiate and effect preparation of the inquiries in the aforementioned establishments on the matters related to the currency operations perfomance;- knowing instructions of CBR 173-FZ, 117-I, 258-P, 111-I, 2332-Y.
