Responsibilities: - 24/7 SLM for MTel BSS project. On site software upgrades and migrations support of the BSS (B9, B10, B11 software versions);- Installation, commissioning and integration of Alcatel-Lucent BSCs (A9120 BSC, A9130 MX BSC), TCs (A9125 TC) and MFSs (A9135 MFS, A9130 MX MFS). Software download, loading BUILDs, applying settings and configuring the boards. Maintenance, extension and reduction of the listed equipment. Troubleshooting;- Installation, commissioning and integration of Alcatel-Lucent Evolium BTSs A9100/A9110/A9110-E (ex. MBI3, MBI5, MBO1, MBO2, MediO, microBTS) and NodeBs (Nortel 12010 and 12020, converged RAN d2U/RRH type). Managing the hardware, transmission and logical configuration, software downloads, setting up. Maintenance, extension and reduction of the listed equipment. Troubleshooting;- Liaise with the customer’s local maintenance teams; interact with project management and the customer; following the equipment delivery during new sites implementation;- Since October 2008 team leadership of the Deltatel’s West Bulgaria team. Day to day TI management and resources assignment for the MTel and Vivacom BSS and Vivacom MSAN projects in Bulgaria;- From June 2009 - 2011 - deployment management of Vivacom MSAN roll-out projects.
