 B2P: Strategic planning of Internal communications within the company:- informing employees about the company’s activity;- providing communication support to organizational changes; - implementing the internal communication system to the acquired companies. Р2В: Clarify employees’ needs in information, user-friendly services and communications channels:- building up the feedback channels (MegaDialog); Coordinate communications of marketing initiatives to raise employees loyalty:- participating in sponsorship and charitable programs. Build up Intranet Strategy & control its implementation: - developing applications, preparing & managing entire intranet content. Create & implement employees’ recognition programs. Prepare and issue corporate print and electronic media and video materials: in-house magazine «Nash MegaFon», digest “MegaExpress”, electronic newsletter, video-films about company’s life:- developing concept, scenarios, managing page proofs, organizing shooting. Prepare texts, talking points for the key messages, editing articles for the corporate press. Initiate the creation of promotion materials (leaflets, prospects, banners, posters, brochures, calendars). Design concept, organize and conduct corporate events: - Conduct rеgional sessions, cross-functional meetings, Company’s Day, annual strategic sessions on best practice exchange.  Build up and execute induction course for new employees: - developing print guidance and web-introduction of new employees. Create engagement program for “Sochi 2014”- conducting “the Olympic Inoculation”, the Olympic gymnastics, different quests.

 Translate and promote corporate values in the daily work life;  Develop Corporate Ethic Code;  Research organizational climate and design alignment plans based on the results; Build up internal communication system within the whole company:- Managing the issuing corporate press (formulate concept, writing texts, articles, making photo-reports), creating and channeling communication instruments; Design corporate events concepts and implement various engagement formats;  Form the system of recognition system (incl. providing employees with the company’s products);  Build up and execute induction course for new employees; Initiate and support charitable programs;  Negotiate with external service providers.
