Prioritizing activities to optimize business objectives;• Supervises and/or supports Negotiators/Team member in solving issues related to site leases, document concerns or site engineering plans; coaches Junior Negotiators/Surveyors/Coordinators/Engineers to develop their skills;• Manages and optimizes resources and provides scheduled employee performance evaluations;• Performs and/or coordinates day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives;• Analyzes situations, recommends, and implements solutions to potential problems;• Prepare all Department BOQ’s;• Follows through with customers on Pos;• Monitors and follows through on project scope management plan;• Prepares department budget and ensures that budgetary controls are in place;

• SA management, Design/Permitting management;• Assure that all sites in the project are suitable for the network;• Approve purchase orders to be processed by appropriate organization;• Relationship with Customers and contractors;• Authority negotiations;• Organize contacts to Landlords, organize lease negotiations, lease signed, preparing the applications of necessary permit;• Handling all the meetings, visits and negotiations with authorities to obtain the necessary permit;• Organize mass Site Acquisition;• Organize Area Pre-Survey;• Organize search area definition;• Organize site permit ability checking / negotiations with authorities;• Managing and controlling the logistics and warehousing;• Develop and refine current construction process and standards;
