Head of the department for the calculation and manufacture of hydrodynamic plain bearings and mechanical seals of JSC "NIIturbokompressor im. V.B. Schnepp" (HMS Group). The team of employees is engaged in the following activities:1. Design in accordance with API 692, API 614 and designer's supervision of the manufacture and testing on special stands of dry gas seals (DGS) and a control and control panel for dry gas seals of own production of JSC "NIIturbokompressor im. V.B. Schnepp” designed for sealing along the rotors of the compressed gas of a centrifugal compressor (CC) or a gas compressor unit (GCU) of LNG technology, oil and gas, metallurgical, refrigeration and other industries. The seals are available in classic tandem design, double back-to-back design and tandem design with an intermediate labyrinth. Repairs are also carried out for the leading companies manufacturing DGS systems of the Russian Federation: John Crane-Iskra, TREM-Kazan, Rosturbo-Grace.2. Calculation and design (including reengineering) of thrust and thrust bearings with self-aligning or fixed pads supporting the compressor rotor; dry and mechanical oil seals of centrifugal and screw compressors according to API 617 with given initial data: speed, load, oil grade, supply temperature, geometric dimensions of the rotor and bearing or seals, etc.3. Selection and coordination of oils for centrifugal and screw compressors.In my scientific activity I am engaged in the development of theoretical programs for the calculation of compressor plain bearings, based on the basic laws of the hydrodynamic theory of lubrication and numerical implementation, primarily thrust bearings.
