- Development of the improvement system for changeovers on the filling lines (on 3 plants): - Implementation of 5S system (on 3 plants): development of methodology; employees training; development of audit system; conducting of monthly and cross-audits on 3 plants- Development of e-learning course about 5S system for internal users (employees education course)- Modification, standardization and control of the production program for the filling workshops (at 3 plants)- Participation in H&S system development (for 3 plants): development of main principals; audit system development; conducting of emergency training.

- Shift management (30 persons);- Planning of orders by production areas (pre-press, printing, laminating, cutting);- Monitoring and ensuring the passage of orders by production areas;- Monitoring of KPIs achievment by shift;- Analysis of statistical data, countermeasures development and implementation; standardization of processes.

- Education and training of new personnel (work on printing press: setting the printing pressure, ink viscosity, work on the rolls loading and unloading, quality control, autonomuos maintenance of equipment)- Standards development for the printing of new designs - Production optimization: reduction of changeovers time, reduction of waste paper for re-adjustment, increase of printing press utilization and efficiency

- Set of orders (prepress preparation, autonomous maintenance of equipment, development of elements of Kaizen)- Quality control of raw materials and final goods - Rolls loading and unloading - Preparation for printing inks (selection of color and viscosity of the ink)
